I was noticing some of the new HTML3.0 tags were not being recognized by 
Netscape such as using images in the header tag, i.e. <HR SRC="xxxx.gif">. 
Netscape just adds a narrow horiz. rule in its place.
Also the <banner>...stuff...</banner> doesn't seem to work either. I suppose 
Netscape prefers its 'frames' specification to keep areas from scrolling. 
Has anyone else found the same incompatibilities?
