The Trace Center is putting together a paper for the National Council on Disability regarding access to the National Information Infrastructure (or "information superhighway"). The report is titled "Access to the NII and Emerging Information Technologies by People with Disabilities." We are disseminating the current draft for review, as well as a list of topics and information to add to the final report.
