Draft Report to NCD

(This has been cross-posted to several lists.  We apologize for any
duplication.)  

The Trace Center is putting together a paper for the National Council on
Disability regarding access to the National Information Infrastructure (or
"information superhighway").  The report is titled "Access to the NII and
Emerging Information Technologies by People with Disabilities."  We are
disseminating the current draft for review, as well as a list of topics and
information to add to the final report.  

Copies of this report are available in electronic format via ftp, gopher, or
WWW at:  trace. wisc.edu.  

Print copies of this report can be obtained by contacting Christine Thompson
at any of the contact points listed below.  If you are interested in
receiving a copy of the report by return e-mail, simply follow the
directions below.
