\\ The most versatile solution to the scroll/noscroll problem would be \\ to give all block elements a SCROLL=yes|no property. \\ \\ Think of the possibilities. For example, you could give various text \\ blocks a noscroll property and that text would then remain fixed on \\ the screen while all other text scrolled underneath.
