Once upon a time Erik Aronesty shaped the electrons to say... >Why don't tables allow for scroll-bars on cells? Because they are meant for portraying tabular data, not page formatting. Their use for page formatting is just people using the tags to new ends. Table cells will wrap content to fit, and the cell should be, at minimum, wide enough for the widest item it contains. And tall enough for the tallest item, or to fit all of the text in the desired width - whichever is greater. There is no need for scrollbars. -MZ -- Livingston Enterprises - Chair, Department of Interstitial Affairs Phone: 800-458-9966 510-426-0770 FAX: 510-426-8951 megazone@livingston.com For support requests: support@livingston.com <http://www.livingston.com/> Snail mail: 6920 Koll Center Parkway #220, Pleasanton, CA 94566
