HTML Development Rates

Yesterday, not really sure if the question was on-topic for this list,
I posted the following question to the list:

I hope that this isn't too off topic, but does anyone have any idea
of the "going" rate for html development?

Whether the question is on- or off-topic, I am finding there is a great
interest among those on this list as to what the "going" rate is.

Most of the responses I have received so far have been requests to
pass along the answers I receive.  I have, thus far, only received
2 or 3 responses which identified rates being charged.

Therefore, I am again asking anyone out there who has knowledge of current
rates being charged for HTML development to pass this information on to me.

In a few days, I will compile the pertinent responses to this question
that I have received and post the compilation to this list.
