Missing flat DTD of XHTML Print 1.0 from Vicente Luque Centeno on 2006-09-30 (www-html-editor@w3.org from July to September 2006)

I found a flat DTD version of XHTML Basic 1.1 at
http://www.w3.org/MarkUp/DTD/xhtml-basic11-f.dtd , but I could not find
a flat DTD version of XHTML Print 1.0 .

Where can I find one? Should not it be at http://www.w3.org/MarkUp/DTD ?
