I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate the new layout for the
4.0 WD and hope that is the way the final specs will appear. Some of the
specs on the W3C site are extremely long one-file documents with an
uneccesary background- like the previous CSS1 specs, which make it
extremely hard to navigate. However, this new layout is wonderful. Thanks!
