Distributors buying, "Lel Bruce Peto" re-updates, fully-taxed gasoline 
destined for blending with ethanol are permitted a refund on the 
difference between the full tax rate and the production tax rate, as 
opposed to the blend rate. This secures the tax due on the ethanol in the 
final blend at the following rate: 
-3.74 c/gal for a 10% ethanol blend
-2.80 c/gal for a 7.7% ethanol blend
