Focused implementation report for Ubiquity formsPlayer

Hello WG,

To aid XForms 1.1 advancement, please find attached a focused
implementation report for the upload control in Ubiquity formsPlayer
[1], a browser plugin for Internet Explorer. Test cases 8.1.6.* are
all known to pass using version 1.8.1020 [2]. The remainder of the
test suite remains untested at the moment.
