Editor's draft of XForms 1.0 Third Edition available

Dear Forms Community,

The Publications section of the Forms Working Group home page now contains 
links to the editor's draft of XForms 1.0 Third Edition [1].

This work contains the results of applying the XForms 1.0 Second Edition 
errata created by the working group to the XForms 1.0 Second Edition 
specification.

The diff-marked version is also available.

The working group intends to advance this new edition of XForms 1.0 to 
'Proposed Edited Recommendation' in the very near term.
