xForms replaced in UK Insurance Industry

Just wondered what the forum thought about this article (Professional 
Broking - issue 13 2006) ?

I understood iMarket is a major reference for xForms and is used by the 
whole UK insurance industry. Does this mean that Origio (life and pensions) 
and AMI (association of medical insurance) will move away from xForms?
