Ladies & Gentlemen,

on behalf of the W3C XForms Working Group,
it is my sublime honor to announce that

W3C XForms 1.0 (Second Edition)

is now a 

W3C Proposed Edited Recommendation [1]

a revised edition of XForms 1.0. It reflects 
clarifications and corrections as a result of nearly 
two years of use by the community.

I personally would like to take the opportunity to 
explicitly thank the entire web community for an 
invaluable contribution to make XForms an even 
better technology.
