XForms-Schema.xsd: xforms:output not linking to UI.Common.Attrs

Is there a reason why xforms:output doesn't link to the
UI.Common.Attrs attribute group? UI.Common.Attrs currently only
contains a link to the appearance attribute. Rather than linking to
this group, xforms:output directly links to the appearance attribute
instead.
