Holosofx XForms Designer

Can anyone clarify the current status of the Holosofx XForm Designer 
implementation listed in the list of Implementations at W3C?

It seems that Holosofx has been bought by IBM. Did the XForms Designer 
disappear into the WebSphere aggregation? Under the Business Integration 
label? Or is it still available separately? If the latter, where is it 
located and under what conditions is it possible to have access to a copy?
