Reminder about last call comments

Dear www-forms readers,

Please remember that if you have a comment about the last call draft of
XForms to send those comments to www-forms-editor@w3.org, and not (only) to
this list.

Only comments sent to the forms-editor list are required to be treated as
true last call comments. (That is, if you send it to the wrong place and we
miss it, we are not responsible for missing it).

On the other hand, please refrain from using the forms-editor list for
discussions, so that it makes tracking of issues easier. This list should be
used for discussions.

So a possible course of action might be to discuss it here first, and then
report it if there is agreement that it is a problem, or to report it there,
discuss it here, and then correct the report if the discussion shows
otherwise.
