XForms processor

Hi, am relatively fresh to 'XML/XForms'. Is there any  XForms processor
available on the net? I've been looking for some XForms examples/tutorials
on the net but there seems to be none.
I would be grateful if you could provide me some pointers to XForms.
Apart from this, is there a way to display forms with XSLT and update fields
to XML source?
