XForms

Hi there!

I hope you can help me with some problems I unfortunately have with the
understanding of the latest XForms Specification. 
Am I right when I say that I can make datatype- restrictions in the
"model"-Tag? 
Which Syntax do I have to use in that case (XML Schema Syntax?)?

When I want to declare that - for example - the element "day" is
restricted to just two numeric characters, how would the correct syntax
be and where do I have to wirte it?
Please help me!
