> But AFAIK, XUL itself is largely made up of XBL + CSS + some primitive > set of controls. From what I remember (a few months ago I messed around with Mozilla chrome quite a bit), the core set of XUL widgets and hard coded into Mozilla, but some of them are partially composed of XBL bindings.
