Re: CDF02 - Abstract (moved to Introduction) missing reference to compound documents. (PR#125)

XForms WG,

We are not asking you to become dependent on a CDF spec, but simply
reference it and acknowledge that XForms is a compound document.  This
would make it more clear to people where XForms fits into the W3C
architecture.

ALSO - Nick your emails to the member-cdf WG did not arrive to that mail
list.  Would you please resend them to member-cdf@w3.org from another email
address that is not blocked?

Dear CDF WG,

1) This is only a working draft whose advancement we don't want to be tied
to.
2) XForms is intended to be used with host languages even if they do not
observe
the compound document framework.
