Hi Steven, The working group accepted your last call comment, and the changes you requested are now available in the editor's draft available from the working group home page. It was necessary to tighten up some language in xforms-refresh so that it could be made clear that the occurrence of the event corresponded to failures that occur either on control creation or during refresh.
