Hi Steven, Of the four points you make below, three are editorial and have been corrected. In addition, the use of the "barename" terminology was incorrect and has also been fixed. It was alluding to a barename XPointer, but the terminology has now been corrected to indicate a fragment identifier URI Reference (including the leading # mark), which is the proper term from RFC 2396.
