The current item indicated by the repeat index should be presented at all
times, for example, not allowed to scroll out of view.[[presented=>visible]]

The XForms Actions enumerated at 10 XForms Actions may be used within event
listeners to manipulate the homogeneous collection being populated by
scrolling, inserting, and deleting entries. [[at 10 => in 10]]
