No web browser implements the Full version of SVG Fonts, with arbitrary
content inside the glyphs.  Other implementations that I’m aware of
having implemented this:

  * the Adobe SVG Viewer plugin (IIRC)
  * Apache Batik http://xmlgraphics.apache.org/batik/
  * the Vidualize player http://abbra.com/products.html
