Problems with ww4 Trieste

From two or three days I cannot retrieve files through the"GET" button with
www4-mail Trieste Gateway. It looks as if the server adds some letters in
the URL. An example:

I've sent:

XBASE=BASE HREF  "http://www.sciam.com/1999/0499issue/0499quicksummary.html"
XGET=0499mooney.html
XSCS=Get Selected Document(s)
GETSIZE=
GETPART=
XEXTRAOPT=

and I've got:

Dear User,
Statistics of your (per week) usage of this service

Remaining Quota : 208
Used Quota      :       92
Last access     : html on Mon Mar 22 23:35:34 1999

Details for Current Page

Of course, the attachment was an "Error 404: file not found" html file.

All requests through the "GET" button are like that. What is wrong?
