Please help!

   I send the following message to www4mail@web.bellanet.org
about four times (because the requested URL is very busy & the mail-server
return the error message). So, I got about four error messages.
   I did not send any request after that. But the message errors
constantly come at my adress kot@stu.ru (the message is below).
   As far as I can judge there is no my mistakes. Isn't it?
   You ought to do something, because your server does idling.
   & please give me know if there is my trouble mistake.
