About zip files

My e-mail program does´nt know what to do with the multipart information sended by your server.
It seems to be uncompatible information with the Outlook Express multipart code.

What should I do in order to get the files in the correct format?
Or how I combine the files received?

By the way, I think I should to configure my service. How can I do it?
