W3C web page Link errors in REC-DOM-Level-3-Core-20040407

The links for "Events", "UIEvents", "MouseEvents", "TextEvents", 
"Keyboard Events", "Mutation Events", "MutationNameEvents", 
"HTMLEvents", "Validation", and "XPath", are not valid.

They all return HTTP 404 errors. So, the documents are missing, or the 
links are not correct.

It is interesting to note that in the "K.2 Informative References" 
section of the same web document, those links work and may be the 
correct fix for the ones listed below:
