travisleithead has just created a new issue for https://github.com/whatwg/dom: == Factor getElementsBy* into ParentNode or NonElementParentNode? == For Shadow DOM, it would be nice to have these APIs available on ShadowRoot objects. Not sure why they aren't at the moment. See https://github.com/whatwg/dom/issues/68
