The Promises section should probably be removed, since Promises are part of ECMAScript now. It has caused some confusion even in the past week if I recall, from people thinking Promises were part of the DOM charter.

This is a Call for Consensus (CfC) to publish as a Last Call Working Draft of the following “DOM4” specification:

This document is recommending a four week period for the Last Call of this specification.

Silence will be taken to mean there is no objection, but positive responses are encouraged. If there are no objections by Tuesday January 28, this resolution will carry.
