            Bug ID: 23860
           Summary: Remove getElementById() from Element
           Product: WebAppsWG
           Version: unspecified
          Hardware: PC
                OS: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: DOM
          Assignee: annevk@annevk.nl
          Reporter: annevk@annevk.nl
        QA Contact: public-webapps-bugzilla@w3.org
                CC: mike@w3.org, www-dom@w3.org

jQuery made it web-incompatible. We can only have it on Document and
DocumentFragment.

If there's potential other things we only want there we might want to introduce
NonElementParentNode as group.
