[DOM3Events] Compatibility between DOM3 Events and EMMA events [Honeywell Internal]

The Document Object Model (DOM) Level 3 Events Specification and the EMMA: Extensible MultiModal Annotation markup language Version 1.1 both deal with event specifications. Have these been compared to insure they are mutually compatible?
