I went to this page: http://www.w3.org/TR/DOM-Level-3-Core/ to get to the DOM FAQ. The DOM FAQ on this page, http://www.w3.org/DOM/faq.html#current, for the question, What is the current state of the DOM specification? , states that DOM "Level 3 is currently a Working Draft, which means that it is under active development and subject to change as we continue to refine it." However, the parent page (http://www.w3.org/TR/DOM-Level-3-Core/) says "This document contains the Document Object Model Level 3 Core specification and is a W3C Recommendation." Is it safe to assume the FAQ may be out of date?
