Hello DOM Fans,

(and sorry for the cross-posting, please let's have any follow-up
discussions on
<mailto:public-mwts@w3.org?Subject=Re%3A%20Call%20for%20contributions%20to%20Open%20Mobile%20Web%20Test%20Suite&In-Reply-To=%253C1185784418.7611.139.camel%40altostratustier%253E&References=%253C1185784418.7611.139.camel%40altostratustier%253E>public-mwts@w3.org)

The Mobile Web Test Suites Working Group [1] is launching today its
first call for contributions to the Open Mobile Web Test Suite:

We're inviting all the interested parties to contribute test cases to
this community-based test suite, to help understanding what current
mobile web browsers support technology-wise. Once reviewed and approved
by the Working Group, test cases will be made available to the wider
community, allowing to collect results for as many browsers as possible
on the market through our test-results collecting system [2]

We have defined submissions guidelines at:
and submissions should be made using the Web interface at:

This is very much a first experiment for our group, and we welcome any
feedback on what may need to be improved in this submission framework,
and we also welcome submissions by email should there be any problem
with it.

Please contribute, and spread the word around to other communities of
this opportunity to participate in this exciting work!

For the Mobile Web Test Suites Working Group,
