XUL parser

Dear sir,
   
  I wanted to develop a Java application that will write XUL ( XML User Interface Language for Mozilla Browser). I wanted to know if there is a well known XUL parser, that will allow me to write XUL (in a DOM tree for example) and then use this parser to write XUL to a file ?
