LS Core: expectations on DOMConfiguration.setParameter("error-handler", null);

The expectations on setting a null error handler is not explicitly 
defined in the drafts.  Xerces-J would appear (from code review) to 
throw a  TYPE_MISMATCH_ERR in this case.
