Help on finding the DOM class files

Hi,
	I have ecently downloaded a tutorial on "Digital Signatures within
SOAP messages" and i am trying to implement the same with the sample source
code provided in them. But the problemis i am not able to find the jar
containing the following class files. The link given in the wesbite for
these jar files doesn't open.. It will be of gr8 help if some one could help
me by giving some info on the jar file containing these classes.

*	com.ibm.trl.util.xml.DOMConverter;
*	com.ibm.trl.util.xml.DOMHandler
