LS: DOMWriter

All other node types (Element, Text, etc.) are serialized to their
corresponding
XML source form.

But, what is DocumentFragment's corresponding XML source form?  How can
a serialized DocumentFragment be read back by parseWithContext and still

be recognized as a DocumentFragment?
