Return Value
                    ASElementDeclaration
                                         A new ASElementDeclaration
object with name attribute set to tagname and
                                         namespaceURI set to systemId.
Other attributes of the element declaration are
                                         set through
ASElementDeclaration interface methods.

Is "systemId" in the above descriptions a typo?
