Imagine the worst possible message. Let's say it is inconsiderate, racist,
sexist, poorly written, repetitive, technically inaccurate, vague, and just
generally obnoxious.

Should we all be subjected to those eight flaws? I do not think so. I
raised the point:

The editors closed it, but the point stands in my mind. No one is entitled
to the IETF audience (but examine the CC list).
