[css3-writing-modes] example of orientation categories in Japanese vertical text

Below is example 7 from the CSS3 Writing Modes spec, color-coded to
indicate the orientation of various character sequences within the
text.  It shows both the default orientations and also places where
explicit markup was required to override the default orientation.
