Given that Mike Smith will be away on vacation until Mar 19, can Robin work with Charles to get the Image Description Extension published?
As usual we need a) an agreed upon short name, b) a transition request to chairs@w3.org<mailto:chairs@w3.org> and c) a pubrules clean document to publish.

This is a Call for Consensus (CfC) to publish as a First Public Working Draft (FPWD) the following "HTML5 Image Description Extension" specification:

Silence will be taken to mean there is no objection, but positive responses are encouraged. If there are no objections by Tuesday Feb 26, this resolution will carry.
Considerations to note:
- As a First Public Working Draft, this publication will trigger patent policy review.
- As a Working Draft publication, the document does not need not be complete, to meet all technical requirements, or to have consensus on the contents.
