Comments (or a URI pointing to your comments): I'd like to contribute URL
test cases.  I have code online using testharness.js and test cases in JSON
format, hosted here:

https://github.com/cweb/url-testing

I also have these tests running online at my website:

http://www.lookout.net/test/url/

There are three separate test pages - and there are some special
server-side requirements for the HTTP testing, otherwise the other two test
pages should be easily portable.

 I'd like to continue working to improve the URL tests, and focus on
testing new features or areas currently unexplored, e.g. if URL comparison
functionality becomes available.
