Trimmed public_html since I'm not a member. Danny, I'm afraid that not only is your message wildly inappropriate, but it's also rather obviously misguided. Disagreement on development process for standards, esp. the rather banal opinion mildly expressed, is not grounds either for accusations of mental illness *with the noxious suggestion that Ian is unsafe" (which is easily read as *personally* unsafe, not just "unsafe for projects*) or for excluding his participation in the W3C. As far as I can tell, Ian has always reasonably abided by the W3C process (at least as many have) and his organization is in, afaik, excellent standing. Furthermore, his contributions to Web Standards are pretty monumental by any reasonable measure. To suggest otherwise is really quite wrong and obviously so. It's possible to acknowledge all that and still express fundamental substantive and/or procedural disagreement with him. Can we PLEASE not get back into the personality wars?
