Paul, Because TPAC registration only allows members of groups with conflicting TPAC schedules to register as participants in one of the meetings only, is there a consideration for WG members that are shown as Observers only due to that fact, ie that they need to split time between (as members) between more than one meeting in the day, and can be a "participant" at only one? This is to inform you that there are 58 HTML WG members registered for the F2F meeting and 78 observer requests (as of Oct 17). As for past HTML WG F2F meetings at TPAC, we will reserve ALL seats at the meeting tables for HTML WG members and observers will be admitted on a First Come First Served basis to use any of the chairs that are setup along the walls of the meeting room(s). Note that the HTML WG will confirm its actual agenda and meeting schedule at an “unconference” session at 9am on Thu Nov 1. The current list of candidate meeting discussion topics is available at: http://www.w3.org/html/wg/wiki/TPAC2012#Topics The finalized agenda will be posted at and will be kept up to date during the meeting: http://www.w3.org/html/wg/wiki/TPAC2012#Agenda Note that the HTML WG has been allocated two separate meeting rooms in Lyon so that it is possible that the agenda topics may be spread across two simultaneous meetings at various times. Please let me know if you have any questions about your observer request for this meeting. /paulc HTML WG co-chair Paul Cotton, Microsoft Canada 17 Eleanor Drive, Ottawa, Ontario K2E 6A3 Tel: (425) 705-9596 Fax: (425) 936-7329
