RE: [html-chairs] Publish ten heartbeat drafts as WDs

Here is my summary of where we stand on the various Editor's drafts we need to prepare for the heartbeat publications.

Note that there are several of the Editor's draft that do NOT look like they have been updated yet for this round of publications.

>1. HTML5: http://dev.w3.org/html5/spec/

>HTML5 Editorial team: Travis Leithead, Erika Doyle Navara, Edward O'Connor, Silvia Pfeiffer
Status: The Editor's draft at the above URL is dated Oct 3 and I presume it can be frozen at any time as the heartbeat document. Can we get confirmation that this is the location of the document the HTML5 editors want to be used for the heartbeat publication since there was talk of having a separate Git branch for the heartbeat?

>2. HTML+RDFa: http://dev.w3.org/html5/rdfa/

>Editor: Manu Sporny, Shane McCarron
Status: This WD now belongs to the RDFa WG and will not be part of this set of heartbeat publications.

>3. HTML Microdata: http://dev.w3.org/html5/md/
>Editor: Mike Smith (interim editor)
Status: The Editor's draft at the above URL is dated Mar 29. Mike has informed us that his set of editor's drafts are ready to go regardless of their dates.

>4. HTML Canvas 2D Context: http://dev.w3.org/html5/2dcontext/
>Canvas Editorial team: Rik Cabanier, Eliot Graff, Jay Munro, Tom Wiltzius
Status: The Editor's draft at the above URL is dated Oct 2 and I presume it can be frozen at any time as the heartbeat document.

>5. HTML: The Markup Language: http://dev.w3.org/html5/markup/
>Editor: Mike Smith
Status: The Editor's draft at the above URL is date Mar 15. Mike has informed us that his set of editor's drafts are ready to go regardless of their dates.

>6. HTML/XHTML Compatibility Authoring Guidelines: http://dev.w3.org/html5/html-xhtml-author-guide/html-xhtml-authoring-guide.html

>Editor: Eliott Graff
Status: The Editor's draft at the above URL is dated Jul 9 and it is not clear if it is ready to be published?

>9. HTML to Platform Accessibility APIs Implementation Guide: http://dvcs.w3.org/hg/html-api-map/raw-file/tip/Overview.html

>Editorial team: Steve Faulkner, Cynthia Shelly, Jason Kiss
Status: Editor's draft at the above URL is dated Sep 25 and I presume it can be frozen at any time as the heartbeat document.

>10. HTML5: Edition for Web Authors: http://dev.w3.org/html5/spec-author-view/
