Yeah, recently http://dvcs.w3.org/hg/cors/raw-file/tip/Overview.html#redirect-steps
was simplified to that effect. The header syntax has not been updated
because I've been waiting for HTTP to be updated, but maybe I should
just define it the same way you have done in the Origin draft.

That works for me. Publishing another RFC is probably overkill.
