[css3-text] computed value for word-spacing and letter-spacing

The computed value lines in the property template for word-spacing
and letter-spacing in http://dev.w3.org/csswg/css3-text/ say:
  โ€˜normalโ€™ or computed value or percentage 
where I think they mean to say:
  โ€˜normalโ€™ or computed length or percentage 
although it would probably be clearer to say:
  as specified, except with <length> values computed to absolute lengths
