Re: modify CSS on HTML5 Edition for Web Authors

Hi Mike,
after offline discussion with you, I went ahead and made some changes:

I also wrote a post about the changes:

there are other things i would like to fix but these may require chnages to
html code, not just css, maybe we can discuss this at the HTML accessibility
