Hi Kobi,
Regarding what you discussed with me at @media yesterday about
helping to get Israeli developers involved with the development of HTML,
it would be best if you contact Dan Connolly and Mike Smith. I've CC'd
them on this email and they should be able to offer you some more advice.

Dan and Mike, Kobi Haddad is a web developer from Israel that I met at
the conference yesterday. He wants to help get the non-English speaking
developers from Israel somehow involved with the HTMLWG, and I thought
you would be able to help him out, offer him some advice, or refer him
to those within the W3C that can.
