regrets for HTML WG calls: 2008-07-17 and 2008-07-24

due to medical procedures, i will be unable to attend the next 2 HTML
WG teleconferences (those of the 17th and 24th) -- if the issue of 
the forms survey arises, please consult not only my comments logged in
